Love – Financial and Treatment Coordinator

I have the privilege of working with every family that comes through our office by helping them to understand the benefits of orthodontics and explain how our office can provide the best in both orthodontic results and optimal customer service. I work hard to find a financial payment option that works for each and every patient, take care of their insurance submission and processing, and answer any and all other questions relating to finances. It is truly rewarding to be a part of seeing shy, bashful individuals blossom into vibrant and confident adults full of self-esteem.

Sharon and Joan – Scheduling Coordinators

These two wonderful women are the voice and the face of our office. Between the two of them they answer the majority of incoming calls, schedule the appointments, and handle the bulk of the correspondence, not only between our office and the patient, but with the patient's general dentist as well.

Sharon and Joan have an amazing ability to make connections with the patients and their parents because they are genuinely interested. It is a pretty regular scenario to see them in the front talking about the patient's life outside the office, exchanging recipes, or just enjoying some great conversation.

Orthodontic Technicians - Valeriya, Diane, Jackie, Colleen, Sarmila, and Brandy

This amazing group of women is the hands of the office. They are deeply involved in the chairside work as our patients progress through treatment. The doctors are involved in all treatment decisions and placing and removing all braces, but the orthodontic technicians fabricate and tie in the wires, deliver all pertinent instructions, and are there for all our patients' needs. Combined, they have over 50 years of experience providing excellent patient care.

Our Orthodontic Technician Team loves to get to know all our patients and their families, building friendships that far outlast the end of treatment. They share the same goal: to give each patient undivided attention and a beautiful smile that will last forever.

Stacie – Professional Relations Coordinator

Our practice has become greatly respected throughout the Northern Virginia community and as a result we have the privilege of working with many different dental offices. My job is to make sure that all the needs of those many offices are taken care. Keeping the working relationships and communication between the offices at their highest makes for less work on our patient's part. Our team is very unique in culture and personality. I truly feel that every patient in the office has the ability to make some wonderful connections with our team.
